Plot

A new salesman named Kosuke Okuda (Jun Matsumoto) happens to meet Mao Watarai (Juri Ueno), a friend from his middle school days. Back then, Mao was called stupid and bullied, but now she is an attractive woman. Kosuke and Mao fall in love and decide to marry, but Mao has a secret…

Notes

Based on the novel "Hidamari no Kanojo" by Osamu Koshigaya (first published May 28, 2011 by Shinchosha Publishing Co, Ltd. ).
Filming began January 18, 2013 in Shōnan area of Kanagawa Prefecture. Movie finished filming in the early morning of March 5, 2013 in Tokyo. The last scene filmed began late in the evening on March 4th and finished around 4am on March 5th.
Movie is set in the Shonan region of Japan. Shonan is situated along the coast of Sagami Bay in central Japan.

Plot

Baek Se-Jin (Yoon Si-Yoon) has an amazing talent to play golf. He wins numerous tournaments. Due to his success, Baek Se-Jin's life spirals completely out of control. His personality also changes for the worse. Instead of practicing, Baek Se-Jin spends his time drinking and spending money on girls. His golf game goes quickly downhill as well.

One evening, he tries to drive home drunk, but his manager jumps into the passenger seat and pleads with him to not drive. Rather than listen to reason, Baek Se-Jin floors the accelerator and runs several red lights before his car is sideswiped by another vehicle. His manager dies on impact and, from the shock of the incident, Baek Se-Jin is no longer able to speak.

One year later, Baek Se-Jin arrives on a small island by an invitation from an elementary school principle. Baek Se-Jin soon realizes he was brought to the island to work as a temporary teacher at the elementary school. The principle and residents on the island want Baek Se-Jin to teach golf to the students at the school. The school itself is on the brink of being shut down. If the children participates in an upcoming junior golf tournament and pass the preliminary round, the school will be saved. Baek Se-Jin tries to get off the island immediately, but the kids and residents are able to persuade him to stay. Can he save the school?

Plot

Set within a small town on a mountain, Hae-Won (Kim Yoon-Hye) lives alone with her mentally ill father. Her father is viewed as a pariah by the other residents. Rumors also swirl around Hae-Won. She knows secrets about the other residents that others find mystifying. Hae-Won also hards a dark, terrible secret.

Yoon-Soo (Kim Shi-Hoo) blames himself for his friend's suicide. His parents decide to move from Seoul to the small mountain town. Yoon-Soo is viewed by others as the cool guy from Seoul, but he takes an interest in outcast Hae-Won. A fatal love begins.

Notes

According to director Choi Jin-Seong's Q&A session after screening the movie at the Busan International Film Festival (attended by AsianWiki), Kim Yoon-Hye did not have any ice skating experience prior to signing up for this film. She practiced extensively for three weeks prior to filming and then performed 99% of the ice skating herself in the movie.

Plot

Drama series depicts a love story between Ban Ji-Yeon (Uhm Jung-Hwa) and Yoon Dong-Ha (Park Seo-Joon).

Ban Ji-Yeon is a single 39-year-old woman. She works as a reporter and is very enthusiastic about her work. So much so that she is often called a “witch” at work. She doesn't believe in true love, because of her past experience when her boyfriend disappeared prior to their wedding.

Yoon Dong-Ha is 25-year-old young man who runs a small errand center with his friend. The errand center will do pretty much anything including sending out someone dressed as Santa Claus or provide security for an idol star. He looks like a happy guy, but he lost his girlfriend by an accident.

No Shi-Hoon (Han Jae-Suk) is a 41-year-old war photographer. He was Ban Ji-Yeon’s boyfriend.
